၂၀၁၄ခုနစ္၊ ဧျပီလ၊ ၁၉-၂၀ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ား အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္(FTUM)သည္ လႈိင္သာယာ ျမိဳ႕နယ္၊ ခ်မ္းသာၾကီးခန္းမ၌ လုပ္ငန္း ညိွနႈိင္း အစည္းအေ၀းကို က်င္းပခဲ့သည္။ ထုိအစည္းအေ၀း တြင္ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ ေတာင္သူ လယ္သမားႏွင့္ စိုက္ပ်ဳိးေရး အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (AFFM)မွ ဥကၠဌ ဦးသန္းေဆြ၊ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္(FTUM)မွ ဒုဥကၠဌ ဦးသန္းလြင္၊ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (FTUM)မွ အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမွဴး ဦးေမာင္ေမာင္၊ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (အာရွ-ပစိဖိတ္ေဒသ) အေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမွဴး Mr.Noriyuki Suzuki ၊ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ ITUC ၏ HTUR Director Mr. Steve Benedict ႏွင့္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ အလုပ္သမား သမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (ျမန္မာျပည္ရုံုး) Director Mr. Shigeru Nakajima တို႕မွ အမွာစကား ေျပာၾကား ခဲ့သည္။ ထုိေနာက္ ေမေဒးေန႕အစီအစဥ္ (မူၾကမ္း)၊ အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္၏ ရံပံုေငြ အတြက္ ေဆြးေႏြး တင္ျပခ်က္မ်ား၊ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္၏ ဒုတိယအၾကိမ္ ညီလာခံတြင္ က်င့္သံုးမည့္ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံု အေျခခံ ဥပေဒ မူၾကမ္း တင္ျပခ်က္မ်ား၊ FTUM၏ ေရွ႕လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား၊ အဖြဲ႕၀င္ ေကာ္မတီမ်ား ၏ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်က္ မ်ားအား ျပန္လည္ တင္ျပျခင္းမ်ားကို သမဂၢအဖြဲ႕၀င္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား အျပန္အလွန္ အက်ယ္တ၀င့္ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ၄င္းအစည္းအေ၀းတြင္ စုစုေပါင္းအဖြဲ႕၀င္အဖြဲ႕အစည္း (၃၇၇)ဖြဲ႕ကို ကိုယ္စားျပဳေသာ စုစုေပါင္းကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (၁၆၆)ဦး တတ္ေရာက္ခဲ့သည္။
 On (19-20)th April, 2014 FTUM Consultative Meeting at Chantar Gyi Hall in HlaingThaYar Township. U Than Swe President of AFFM, U Than Lwin Vice President of FTUM , U Maung Maung General Secretary of FTUM, Mr.Noriyuki Suzuki General Secretary of ITUC-AP, Mr. Steve Benedict HTUR Director of ITUC, Mr. Shigeru Nakajima Director of ITUC (Myanmar Office) gave the opening and welcome speech. In this meeting, they are discussed openly about the due of FTUM members, the draft of May Day Ceremony plans, the draft Constitutions of Federation Trade Unions Myanmar (FTUM) for Second Congress, the future plans of FTUM, Activities of FTUM committees. A total number of 116 representatives of Unions attended the Meeting which included audiences from the factories and 377 Unions.

 ASEAN ILO/Japan စီမံခ်က္ျဖစ္သည့္ (၆)ၾကိမ္ေျမာက္ အစိုးရ၊ အလုပ္ရွင္ႏွင့္ အလုပ္သမား သံုးပြင့္ဆုိင္ စက္မူလုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ဆက္ဆံေရးေဒသဆုိင္ရာ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ အား ဂ်ပန္နိင္ငံ Makuhari International Training Center, Chiba Prefecture တြင္ က်င္းပခဲ့သည္။ ၄င္းေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို အာဆီယံအဖြဲ႕၀င္နုိင္ငံမ်ားျဖစ္ေသာ အစုိးရ၊ အလုပ္ရွင္၊ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားႏွင့္ ASEAN Secretariat ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား တက္ေရာက္ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံမွ အစိုးရကုိယ္စားလွယ္အျဖစ္ အလုပ္သမားေရးရာဆက္ဆံေရးဦးစီးဌာန ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ ေဒါက္တာဦးသန္း၀င္း၊ အလုပ္သမား ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ အျဖစ္ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံအလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား အဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္(FTUM)မွ ဦးေမာင္ေမာင္ (အေထြေထြ အတြင္းေရးမွဴး)၊ အလုပ္ရွင္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အျဖစ္ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ စက္မူလက္မူလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား အသင္းမွ အမူေဆာင္ ေဒၚခိုင္ေဇာ္ တို႕တတ္ေရာက္ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၾကသည္။

At this Seminar members states of ASEAN Secretariat participated along with Deputy Director for Ministry of Labour U Than Win, General Secretary U Maung Maung form Federation of Trade Unions Myanmar and Executive Member Daw Khaing Zaw from The Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry .

FTUM အေနျဖင့္ လိႈင္သာယာစက္မႈဇုန္ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းတြင္ အဖြဲ႕၀င္သမဂၢမ်ားအား UA ZENSEN ႏွင့္ မိတ္ဆက္ေပးပါသည္။ UA ZENSEN အေနျဖင့္ ၄င္းတုိ႕ဖြဲ႕စည္းထားမႈ ပုံစံ၊ ဂ်ပန္ႏုိင္ငံရွိ အလုပ္ရွင္-အလုပ္သမား ဆက္ဆံေရး၊ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ားဖြဲ႕စည္းျပီးသည့္ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည့္ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ား၊ သမဂၢလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကုိ ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာၾကားပါသည္။

တုိင္းျပည္ရဲ႕ ကုန္ထုတ္စြမ္းအား တုိးတက္ေရး၊ လုပ္အား စီမံခန္႕ခြဲေရး တုိ႕အတြက္ ပုိမုိေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ အလုပ္ရွင္-အလုပ္သမား ဆက္ဆံေရးေတြကို တည္ေဆာက္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ အာရွေဒသမွာ ေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဂ်ပန္ႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕ ပုံစံတခုကို FTUM အေနႏွင့္ က႑အသီးသီးရွိ အလုပ္သမားသမဂၢမ်ား၊ အလုပ္ရွင္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၊ အစုိးရကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားကို ေလ့လာႏုိင္ေစရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ထုိ႕အျပင္ အျခားေသာ ႏုိင္ငံမ်ားရဲ႕ ၾကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုလည္း ေလ့လာႏုိင္ေစရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Medium Term Cooperation Program meeting for farmers in Myanmar, held in Bangkok 23-24th November 2013

Trade Unions Co-ordination Meeting There was a coordination meeting of basic labour organizations, labour activists and legal experts at Myanmar Peace Center. Basic labour organization from different sectors such as industrial, agriculture, education and transport sector (altogether 31 unions Yangon Region, 6 unions from the Mandalay Region, 4 from the transport sector, 8 unions from the higher education) were involved in the meeting. It is coordination prior to a meeting to be hosted by the President, U Thein Sein with the workers and to come up specific points will be presented to the President. Issues on Labour related laws such as amendments of laws and implementing enforcement mechanism with punishment that will be preventive measure, issues on workplace disputes, working conditions and issues on migrant labour were discussed by the participants.
